Swine flu confirmed in Ringling program students

Four students at a summer program at the Ringling College of Art and Design tested positive for the H1N1 virus, or swine flu, county Health Department officials said. Results are pending for a fifth student. None of the students are Sarasota County residents, the closest being from Seminole County, and all have returned home. No Ringling staff or students have reported symptoms since the outbreak Thursday, a Ringling spokeswoman said.
